Our team provided fiscal analysis for MPS’s Long-Range Facilities Master Planning process, which is led by international architecture and planning firm Perkins Eastman.

We perform performance audit services for the County, assessing program effectiveness and results, economy and efficiency, internal control, and compliance with legal requirements.

We enhance the RTA’s 2025 - 2026 strategic planning process with fiscal analysis and expertise. Our partner in this work is southeast Michigan’s Bridgeport Consulting.

We provide interim management assistance for the City’s Finance Department under the direction of the City Manager. This support includes general financial management and analysis in the wake of the longtime Finance Director’s departure, as well as a review of current practices and recommendations for modernization and integration opportunities. Our work also includes support for the executive recruitment of a permanent Finance Director and support for their onboarding and transition.

We support and advise the Department of Management and Budget on all aspects and workstreams of the annual budget cycle, including budget development, monitoring, execution, and closeout. Our work also includes the design and implementation of business process improvements that leverage the County’s new Oracle ERP/EPM functionality.

We have been retained under a professional services contract to facilitate the Township’s selection of a new banking services provider.

Under the District’s prime contract with international architecture firm Perkins Eastman, we produce financial analyses that deliver budgetary insights to advance educational facilities planning and strategic decision-making.
