Our team provided fiscal analysis support for MPS’s Long-Range Facilities Master Planning process, which is led by international architecture and planning firm Perkins Eastman.

We provide interim management support for the City’s Finance Department under the direction of the City Manager. This support includes general financial management and analysis in the wake of the longtime Finance Director’s departure, as well as a review of current practices and recommendations for modernization and integration opportunities. Our work also includes support for the executive recruitment of a permanent Finance Director and support for their onboarding and transition.

We are delivering fiscal analysis support for the RTA’s 2025 - 2026 strategic planning process, which is being facilitated by southeast Michigan’s Bridgeport Consulting.
